M.Arch (AADRL – London)
Balaji Rajasekaran is an architect, researcher, maker, and academician who is the principal of dMac. He is a graduate of Design Research Lab (DRL) at Architectural Association (AA) School of Architecture, London with a Master’s degree (M.Arch); He has got international exposure through education and work experience.
He is teaching at C.A.R.E School of Architecture, Trichy as Visiting Faculty and the Director of the Center for Innovation and Technology, a research center at C.A.R.E School of Architecture, Trichy. He is a part of the International Review Committee of research organisations like CAADRIA and a few architectural schools in Tamilnadu. He has been appointed as a ‘Mentor of Change’ by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Government of India for Atal Tinkering Labs for a few schools in which he is volunteering on a regular basis to enable students to experience, learn and practise future skills such as design thinking and computational thinking.
His research investigates the idea of a multi-disciplinary design approach; borrowing techniques and tools from various disciplines such as biology, physics, mathematics, computer graphics, machine learning, & digital fabrication. His works have been published in various International/National publications.

Raj joined the family in 2016 as one of the founding members and is heading the Engineering wing. He graduated M.E (Structural) from Star Lion College of Engineering and Technology, Thanjavur and B.E (Civil) from Infant Jesus College of Engineering, Thoothukudi.

Durai joined the family in 2016 as one of the founding members. He graduated B.Arch from Prime College of Architecture and Planning, Nagapattinam and a Diploma in Civil Engg, from Annai Polytechnic College, Kumbakonam.
Vinoth Kanna M
Vinoth joined the family in 2019. He graduated with a Diploma in Architecture from Periyar Centenary Polytechnic College, Kumbakonam.

Prithvi joined the family in 2019. He graduated B.E (Civil) from A.V.C College of Engineering, Mayiladuthurai.

Saravana joined the family in 2016 as one of the founding members. He graduated with a Diploma in Civil from MASS Polytechnic College, Kumbakonam.

Arunkumar joined the family in 2018. He graduated with a Diploma in Civil and B.E (Civil)from Annai College, Kumbakonam.
